We are a well-established and highly regarded boutique business brokerage firm specializing in the sale of small businesses throughout Utah and the Intermountain West. We have been in business since 2017 and have successfully represented and sold numerous small businesses. We have built a substantial database of buyers and sellers and a solid brand and reputation.
We are a successful team of Business Brokers and support staff. Although we do most of our work remotely, we are a close-knit team that meets often and works together to support one another. We are passionate about helping small and medium-sized business owners sell, merge, acquire, and transition in and out of businesses.
What The Job Entails
• Locate and work with the owners of small and medium-sized business owners interested in selling their businesses.
• Through our marketing channels and your own efforts, locate buyers interested in our listings.
• Advise and assist both sellers and buyers throughout the sale and purchase transaction.
• Educate them on how the process works and become their trusted advisor.
• Develop relationships and build rapport with advisors and consultants.

This is a contract role with a very generous commission structure. It is not uncommon for business Brokers to earn several hundred thousand dollars per year.
Business Broker Qualifications
• Experience in owning or operating a small business
• Experience in understanding and analyzing company financials.
• Great communication skills by phone, email, and face-to-face.
• The ability to empathize with and understand business owners & buyers needs.
• Organizational skills and efficient time management skills.
• Be teachable and willing to work in a team environment.
